Beijing Tongxing Wanxin Catering Management has filed a lawsuit against rapper Tyga, seeking $135,000 in damages related to two canceled performances at Club Pac in 2023. The company claims the musician failed to appear on his scheduled dates and subsequently failed to finalize a replacement date in 2024.
According to the filing, the original contract called for a total payment of $145,000. The plaintiffs state that Tyga received a $10,000 refund, leaving the balance in dispute. The lawsuit also requests punitive damages, adding to the total financial claim against the artist.
The alleged missed appearances were initially slated for August and October 2023. Tongxing Wanxin asserts that Tyga agreed to reschedule the October show for a third attempt in 2024. However, no new performance date was ever confirmed, according to the documents.
This legal dispute follows a previous lawsuit filed in 2023, in which the rapper faced claims for $1.3 million over alleged unpaid installments on a Lamborghini and a Bentley. That earlier case involved separate vehicle financing issues.
Tyga and his representatives have not issued a public statement regarding the new filing. The case is currently pending before a court, with the next steps in the legal process yet to be determined.
